Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a motivated Delivery Driver in Florida to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers and pick up returns. You will support MainStreet and National Pro accounts with insights gained during deliveries and help upsell products to increase the average transaction value.

Maintain store cleanliness, stock parts, manage cash/credit accounts, and engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP with insights learned from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
