The role involves engaging with customers, using inventory systems, and building relationships with key pro accounts. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required, with occasional heavier lifting with assistance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock and back stock.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend parts.
• Operate inventory systems and store equipment.
• Safely lift up to 50 pounds, with assistance for up to 100 pounds when required.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and provide CPP insights.
• Support in distributing flyers and promoting loyalty programs.
