Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Driver to deliver parts to pro customers and manage returns and cores. The role involves promoting current sales, collecting payments, and building strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.

You will upsell, maintain store cleanliness, stock inventory, and assist walk-in customers with parts selections. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and comfort using inventory and delivery systems.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience in automotive parts or delivery roles is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety instructions, catalogs, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts and maintain customer relationships.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock and back stock.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services.
