Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, manage returns and cores, and support weekly promotions and loyalty programs. You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling, and maintain store cleanliness while handling stock and inventory tasks.

This role emphasizes safe driving, clear communication, and the ability to engage customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing the CPP with insights learned while making deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking and back stock.
