Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers and to support daily store operations. You will handle returns, promote loyalty programs and maintain inventory accuracy.

You will build strong customer relationships, upsell where appropriate, and ensure a clean, organized store environment. Flexibility for shifting schedules is required.

Qualifications

• Safe driving and navigation awareness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
• Read and interpret safety instructions, parts catalogs and procedures.
• Able to work various shifts, including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Handle returns and cores.
• Distribute weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Collect credit accounts daily.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; share delivery insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels; perform cycle counts.
• Engage walk-in customers to recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
