Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Madison, WI is hiring a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to professional customers and assist with in-store duties. You will engage customers, upsell where appropriate, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and automotive parts experience preferred. Strong communication, safe driving skills, and the ability to work flexible days and weekends

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required with acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to operate with safe driving practices and basic math.

Responsabilidades

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers
• Pick up returns and cores
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs
• Daily collection of credit accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing the CPP with insights learned while making deliveries
• Assist in upselling and cross‑selling products to increase average transaction value
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales
• Engage with walk‑in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services
• Other duties as assigned
