Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Wisconsin seeks a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, pick up returns, and drop off sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs. You will collect credit accounts, build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, and assist in upselling and cross-selling.

Maintain store cleanliness and inventory, and engage walk-in customers with informed recommendations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts safely to pro customers and gather returns.
• Pick, stage and deliver parts; upsell and cross-sell when possible.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocking including back stock and inventory counts.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and share delivery insights.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts.
