Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Onalaska, WI is seeking a driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers. You will also pick up returns, drop off flyers to promote sales and loyalty programs, and collect credit accounts.

Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, and assist in upselling to increase transaction value. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and automotive parts experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers with insights learned during deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
