Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a driver focused on safe delivery to pro customers in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll pick, stage, and deliver parts, collect payments, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Safe driving and navigation abilities required.
• Read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Strong customer service and sales aptitude to upsell and assist customers.

Responsabilités

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase order value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• General stocking and inventory cycle counts.
• Stay knowledgeable about product arrivals to assist sales.
• Other duties as assigned.
