Job summary

Daily duties include collecting credit accounts, promoting loyalty programs, and assisting walk-in customers with product recommendations. High school diploma and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Distribute weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Collect credit accounts daily.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock inventory.
• Assist with stock and order accuracy.
• Engage with walk-in customers and advise on parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
