Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers and assist with returns and cores. You will also distribute sales flyers, collect accounts, and promote loyalty programs while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires safe driving, good communication, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell. Physical stocking and inventory knowledge are essential in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
