Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to serve pro customers in Winston-Salem, NC. You will pick, stage and deliver parts, pick up returns, and help promote sales and loyalty programs while maintaining accurate inventories.

The role requires safe driving, strong customer service, multilingual communication, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell. You’ll work with a team to keep the store organized and responsive to customer needs.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.
• Willingness to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores and drop off weekly sales flyers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels; manage back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights learned while making deliveries.
