Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and deliver automotive parts to professional customers. You will also collect returns, drop sales flyers, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires safe driving, ability to upsell, and excellent communication. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work varied shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Safe driving and navigation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals and procedures.
• Basic math for transactions and measurements.
• Customer service with sales focus.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell products when assisting customers.
• Willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques.
• Read and interpret documents related to safety and operations.

Responsabilités

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Distribute weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock as directed.
• Stock general inventory including back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and suggest parts or services.
• Support other duties as assigned.
