Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers from our Buffalo-area store. You will also collect returns, manage credit accounts, and promote current sales and loyalty programs while supporting daily operations.

The role requires safe driving, strong customer service, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell to increase average transaction value. A valid license and automotive parts familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Willing to learn about new products and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts.
• Other duties as assigned.
