Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, while promoting loyalty programs and maintaining store cleanliness. The role involves stocking, handling returns, and assisting customers with product recommendations.

Ideal candidates have a valid license, basic math skills, and comfort using inventory systems. Spanish is a plus, and weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions and parts catalogs.
Fluent English; Spanish a plus.
Basic math and measurement reading.
Automotive parts experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
Pick up returns and cores.
Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
Maintain store cleanliness and stock parts.
Engage with walk-in customers to identify needs and recommend parts or services.
Assist in upselling and cross-selling products.
Operate inventory systems and the delivery board.
Lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
