Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a team member to pick, stage, and deliver parts to pro customers, while maintaining stock, assisting in upselling, and promoting loyalty programs. The role requires a valid driver's license and strong customer service skills.

You will also handle returns, core pickups, and contribute to daily accounts receivable activities. Experience in automotive parts is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Delivery of weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales/loyalty programs.
• Collect daily credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; share CPP insights from deliveries.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock control (floors, stock, cycle counts).
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and suggest parts or services.
