Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is looking for a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers and walk-ins, promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

You will build strong relationships with Pro customers, upsell when appropriate, maintain store cleanliness and inventory, and follow safety protocols while driving and navigating routes; flexibility to work weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules, manuals and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory accuracy.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts.
