Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months experience with computer systems.
• 6 months experience with retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service according to Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance across the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate store equipment safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Support large order fulfillment while preserving product quality and accuracy.
• Keep carts and work areas clean, organized, and safe in-store and in the parking lot.
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management.
