Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring a Loader/Cart Associate to deliver strong customer service and assist with loading, stocking, and order fulfillment in a full-time store role.

You will help customers in locating products, loading merchandise into vehicles, and supporting checkout and Pro/Garden Center processes as needed. Ideal candidates bring basic computer and retail technology experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a commitment to safety and teamwork in a fast-paced home improvement

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing products.
• Identify and report safety hazards and security concerns to management.
