Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loader to support Pro and Garden Center operations at the Jacksonville, NC store. You will assist customers with loading, staging, and order fulfillment, while maintaining safety and accuracy across large or complex orders.

The role involves helping customers in-store, loading vehicles, and providing project guidance as needed. Prior loading or retail merchandising experience is valued, with opportunities to grow within Lowe’s environment.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 Months Retail experience preferred.
• 6 Months Experience as a Loader at any home improvement or hardware retailer preferred.
• 6 Months Retail merchandising experience, including Zone Recovery, stocking, down stocking, facing/fronting product, pricing, maintaining signage, and housekeeping.
• 6 Months Experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service through Lowe’s customer service policies and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; respond to questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs across the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Support large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Collect carts and keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management.
