Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping.
• Valid Washington driver's license and driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in Pacific Northwest weather.
• Preferred: WSDA pesticide applicator license, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Knowledge of Pacific Northwest plants, turf, and weeds; irrigation programming.

Responsibilities

• Mow turf, edge, trim, fertilize, aerate, overseed, and manage moss.
• Maintain beds, prune shrubs, and refresh edges.
• Keep drives, lots, and entrances clean; control weeds in cracks and gravel.
• Monitor irrigation daily; adjust controllers and repair heads/nozzles.
• Apply herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, and fertilizer safely.
• Seasonal work: snow/ice removal, leaf cleanup, and storm cleanup.
• Operate equipment: mowers, trimmers, blowers, tractors, and trailers.
