Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Loader to assist customers and co-workers with locating, loading, and arranging merchandise in a fast-paced retail environment. You will support checkout and order fulfillment while prioritizing accuracy and safety in daily tasks.

The role includes loading customer vehicles, maintaining clean work areas, and following Lowe’s safety policies. This position offers opportunities to grow within the Pro and Garden Center teams at a major home improvement retailer.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying data)
• Six months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while answering questions
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move and load merchandise
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise
• Assist with large order fulfillment while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Identify and report safety hazards or security concerns to management
• Operate store equipment as needed for specific roles and departments
