• The Home Depot Pro Customer Service/Sales Team serves professional customers including contractors and commercial clients.
• We support every stage of the Pro customer journey from order fulfillment to tailored delivery solutions.
• We build professional relationships with Pro customers and drive sales using product knowledge and tailored recommendations.
• We meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store.
• Whether assisting at the Pro Desk, loading materials, managing deliveries, or offering paint and product knowledge, we help ensure Pro customers' projects succeed.
• Collaboration is key, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment, resolving delivery issues, and communicating Home Depot’s advantages.
