• Build and maintain professional relationships with Pro customers and proactively drive sales using product knowledge and loyalty programs.
• Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment and resolve delivery issues.
• Monitor inventory and uphold the highest standards of customer service and safety.
