This role involves supporting every stage of the Pro customer journey, driving sales through expert product recommendations, and building relationships with Pro customers. Team members will meet sales goals while maintaining a safe and organized environment. Bilingual skills may be preferred depending on customer needs. This position offers the opportunity to significantly contribute to the success of Pro customer projects.

Responsibilities

• Support every stage of the Pro customer journey, from efficient order fulfillment and safe loading to expert product recommendations and tailored delivery solutions.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Pro customers; proactively drive sales by leveraging product knowledge, loyalty programs, and tailored recommendations; provide outstanding service based on unique project needs.
• Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store.
• Assist at the Pro Desk, loading materials, managing deliveries, or offering specialized paint and product knowledge to help ensure each Pro customer’s project is a success.
• Collaborate to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment; resolve delivery issues; communicate Home Depot’s advantages over competitors.
• Support store goals by monitoring inventory, executing sales initiatives, and upholding high standards of customer service and safety.
