Pro Customer Service/Sales Team members build and maintain professional relationships with Pro customers, proactively drive sales by leveraging product knowledge, loyalty programs, and tailored recommendations, while providing outstanding service based on unique project needs. The Pro Customer Service/Sales Team supports store goals by monitoring inventory, executing sales initiatives, and upholding the highest standards of customer service and safety. Bilingual communications skills may be preferred at certain locations; specific language varies based on customer need.

Responsibilities

• Assist at the Pro Desk, loading materials, managing deliveries, or offering specialized paint and product knowledge.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Pro customers and proactively drive sales using product knowledge, loyalty programs, and tailored recommendations.
• Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store.
• Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment; collaborate to resolve delivery issues.
• Monitor inventory and participate in sales initiatives to uphold high standards of customer service and safety.
• Communicate Home Depot’s advantages over competitors to Pro customers.
