Pro Customer Service/Sales Team members build and maintain professional relationships with Pro customers, proactively drive sales by leveraging product knowledge, loyalty programs, and tailored recommendations, while providing outstanding service based on unique project needs. The Pro Customer Service/Sales Team supports store goals by monitoring inventory, executing sales initiatives, and upholding the highest standards of customer service and safety.
