Job summary

Sweetwater is seeking a Sales Engineer to be a personal consultant for gear, connecting with thousands of customers and maintaining long-term relationships. You will become a true expert in music and audio technology, providing guidance and solutions across pro audio gear and musical instruments.

You will engage with customers daily, learn Sweetwater products through Sweetwater University, and relocate to Fort Wayne, IN as part of joining our world-class team.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and empathetic with strong people skills.

Responsibilities

• Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to build relationships with customers.
• Provide professional advice on musical instruments and pro audio gear.
• Design sound systems or select gear for churches, schools, recording studios and live venues.
• Educate customers on gear categories and topics such as guitar tone, amplification, digital audio workflow, MIDI and sound synthesis.
• Follow up on orders or troubleshoot gear issues with Product Support to ensure excellent service.
• Participate in brand office hours and meetings to learn about new products and advise customers.
