Job summary

Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a PRN Ultrasound Technologist in Lewiston, ME. The Ultrasound Department role requires competency in performing all ultrasound exams, patient positioning, and producing recordings for PACS. Shifts available are days or nights for a 12-week assignment.

Minimum experience in acute care, RDMS/ARRT certification within 90 days, and current BCLS are required. Pay ranges from $56.00 to $64.00 per hour, with per-shift gross payments and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills.
• Graduate an accredited ultrasound program or current certification within 90 days of hire.
• RDMS/ARRT certification in at least one body or region within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound exams with competency and produce diagnostically useful scans.
• Position patient and equipment and ensure proper recording; transmit images to PACS.
