Premiere Healthcare Staffing is recruiting an Ultrasound Technologist for assignments in Lewiston or Bridgton, Maine. The role requires competency in performing ultrasound exams, patient and equipment handling, and PACS image transmission.

Wages range from $56 to $64 per hour with a 12-week assignment length. Minimum one year of acute care experience, ARDMS/ARRT certification in at least one body region, and BCLS certification are required or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Competenze

• Minimum of one-year experience as a Ultrasound Technologist in an acute care hospital, Radiology/Imaging required.
• Graduate an accredited ultrasound program or current certification within 90 days of hire.
• RDMS (ARDMS) or S (ARRT) certification in at least one body or region required within 90 days of hire.
• 1 year of previous experience required.
• Current BCLS certificate required upon hire and maintain current.
• Proficient computer skills

• Ultrasound Technologist demonstrates competency in performing all ultrasound exams, ensuring proficiency in producing technical and diagnostic scans for interpretation.
• Positions patient and equipment and produce an appropriate recording.
• The Ultrasound Technician is responsible for processing and transmission of Images to PACS.
