Job summary

The Nursing Assistant (NA) at Good Samaritan's Miller Prairie Center in Miller, SD delivers resident-centered care under RN supervision in a not-for-profit Christian environment. You assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, document care, and support infection prevention and resident comfort.

Requires 3 months LTC experience (6 months preferred), high school diploma or GED, and CNA certification.

Qualifications

• 3 months experience in Long Term Care required (6 months preferred).
• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• CNA certification is required and provided by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals).
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to RN.
• Follow care plans and infection prevention policies.
