Job summary

CSI Pharmacy, LLC is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide in-home infusion therapy in the Nashville, TN area. The role includes travel to patient residences, administering IV or subcutaneous medications, and monitoring for adverse reactions.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years RN experience, current licensure, and infusion/home health exposure. Travel up to 2 hours from home is required and compensated.

Qualifications

• RN with current licensure and infusion experience.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience; infusion/home health preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home infusion therapy with regular travel to patient residences.
• Administer prescribed medications via IV or subcutaneous routes per orders.
• Monitor patient during and after infusion and manage adverse reactions.
• Educate patients/caregivers on meds and aftercare; document procedures.
• Maintain accurate nursing and pharmacy records; coordinate with team.
