Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Nashville seeks an experienced licensed therapist to lead individual, group, and family therapy within an interdisciplinary team. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions across inpatient and outpatient settings.

You will supervise interns and support staff while ensuring documentation, compliance, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field; preferred experience in healthcare/psychiatric settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address patients' needs.
• Assess patients to identify mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with the care team.
• Provide counseling and support using evidence-based techniques.
• Document patient progress and maintain timely records.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to coordinate care.
• Ensure confidentiality and ethical practice per regulations.
• Engage in continuing education and supervise interns and student learners.
• Preceptor duties and onboarding of new staff as assigned.
• Lead clinical initiatives and participate in program improvements.
• Adhere to Joint Commission and regulatory requirements.
