Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health, Inc. in Madison, WI seeks an experienced therapist to lead an interdisciplinary team in delivering individual, group, and family therapy across inpatient and outpatient settings, utilizing CBT, DBT, and family therapy to stabilize and support recovery.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, and documenting patient progress, while collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field with healthcare and psychiatric experience preferred.
• In-training LPC-IT, MFT-TL, APSW or equivalent in state practicing.
• SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC required for programs with substance use credentialing in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients' needs and develop treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain records.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to coordinate care.
• Ensure patient safety and comply with ethical and regulatory requirements.
