Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, individualized nursing care in Pre-op, PACU, and OR settings
• Conduct thorough preoperative assessments and implement care plans
• Monitor patients post-operatively for progress and complications
• Educate patients and caregivers on discharge instructions and recovery
• Participate in admitting and discharging patients in a timely, safe manner
• Support infection control and safety protocols
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and maintaining a clean peri-operative environment
• Respond competently to emergency situations and alarms
• Collaborate in QAPI initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and orientation of new personnel
