Job summary

LOG Surgery Center LLC is seeking an experienced PRN Pre-Op/PACU Registered Nurse to join our team. The RN will provide pre and post-anesthesia care, perform patient assessments, and document care in the EMR.

Responsibilities include admitting and discharging patients, coordinating discharge planning, and collaborating with the anesthesia and nursing teams to ensure safe, efficient patient care across pediatric to geriatric populations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an associate degree or BSN degree.
• Current, unencumbered RN licensure in State of Pennsylvania.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS required.

Responsibilities

• Admits, transfers, and discharges patients.
• Completes ongoing patient assessment and documents in the EMR.
• Participates in developing patient plans of care and discharge planning.
• Reports symptoms and changes in patient condition to care team.
• Provides pre and post anesthesia care for adult and pediatric patients.
