Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program or eligible to enter and complete program.

• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Ability to work tactfully with staff, residents, families and visitors.
• Compassionate and enthusiastic personality.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities as per care plan.
• Provide personal and nursing care and monitor resident needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and assist with activities.
• Document activities of daily living and care provided.
• Follow policies, safety protocols and infection control standards.
