Job summary

Southbrook Health Care Center, part of the CommuniCare Family, is hiring State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) for PRN shifts in Springfield, OH. You’ll provide direct patient care, support daily living activities, and help maintain a compassionate, respectful environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and graduation from an approved Nurse Aide Training Program. Competitive pay of $20.50/hr with shift differentials and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Prior healthcare experience is desirable.
• COVID vaccination or willingness to become vaccinated.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and nursing care per resident care plan.
• Participate in resident reports at shift start/end.
• Assist with activities and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Respond promptly to resident requests with dignity and respect.
• Document activities of daily living and care provided.
