Job summary

Brookside Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is hiring a State Tested Nursing Assistant for full-time roles in Cincinnati, OH. The role delivers routine nursing and personal care under the resident care plan, focusing on quality and respect for residents.

We offer starting wages up to $24 per hour (based on experience and shift), daily pay, tuition reimbursement, free uniforms, health plans, and life insurance. 4

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program or eligible to enter and pass state test within 120 days.
• Understanding of resident care procedures and standards.
• Patience, tact, enthusiasm and ability to relate information about resident condition.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and receive resident reports at start/end of shift.
• Provide personal/nursing care per resident care plan.
• Facilitate and conduct activities for residents.
• Monitor and respond to resident requests in a dignified manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for residents.
• Prepare residents for activities inside and outside the center.
• Ensure resident care is provided with respect and compassion.
• Maintain documentation for activities of daily living and programs.
