Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program or eligible to enter and complete and pass a state test within 120 days.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow policies and maintain a caring approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing and personal care per resident plan.

• Maintain clean, safe, and dignified environment for residents.
• Assist with activities and respond to resident needs promptly.
