Qualifications

• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Current RPh licensure from Texas State Board of Pharmacy
• APCE IV certification required

Responsibilities

• Processes and dispenses medications and IV orders under supervision.
• Provides routine clinical services and drug information.
• Assists in performance improvement activities.
