HCA HealthONE Swedish is seeking a Speech Therapist (SLP) for a PRN position. You will evaluate communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities and develop individualized treatment plans within a collaborative rehabilitation team.

The role emphasizes clinical judgment and efficient caseload management. Required qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC-SLP or CFY initiation with ASHA account, and Colorado licensure, plus BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Speech Language Pathology required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP and Colorado license or CFY initiation with ASHA account.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
• CFY within 15 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans for communication, swallowing, and cognitive goals.
• Document evaluations, notes, progress, and discharge summaries accurately and promptly.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, safety, home strategies, and progress.
