Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in diverse patients.
• Develops individualized treatment plans to improve outcomes.
• Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Documents progress and maintains EMR records daily.
• Performs MBS evaluations with Radiology and communicates results.
• Ensures proper coding and billing logs; maintains compliance.
• Provides education to patients and families; participates in discharge planning.
