Job summary

Associates in Pediatric Therapy in Tennessee is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide skilled evaluation and treatment for infants, children, and adolescents to improve communication, feeding, and swallowing skills.

You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans that support each child’s communication and functional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required or in progress; valid licensure in state of practice expected.
• New graduates welcome to apply; strong clinical skills preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and ability to collaborate with families.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat birth to age 21 for speech, language, oral motor, feeding, voice, fluency, articulation, or social communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Accurately document treatment sessions and progress in records and reports.
• Maintain licensure and professional competencies as required by law and ethics.
