Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team in a SNF setting.

As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation, including standardized speech/language assessments, swallowing evaluations and ongoing treatment plan monitoring, while communicating with patients, families and other treatment team members.

Qualifications

• Qualification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience administering standardized speech/language assessments.
• Experience with swallowing evaluations and treatment planning.

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
