Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care based on the initial evaluation.

The role emphasizes delivering patient‑centered care in a SNF setting, with strong written and oral communication with patients, families and other treatment team members, and ongoing progress monitoring.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
