Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. You will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized care plan after evaluation, ensuring care quality in a SNF setting.

You will administer standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress while communicating effectively with patients, families, and the treatment team.
