What you will do in this role:

• Help patients recover and improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities through therapy.
• Communicate progress or issues to the supervisor and team; assist with scheduling and documentation.
• Document patient care in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Instruct families and nursing staff on follow-up programs.
• Maintain equipment and work areas safely and cleanly.
• Adhere to company policies, professional standards, and legal requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program or meeting ASHA certification standards.
• Meet requirements for ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology.
• At least six months of experience working with adult and geriatric populations.
• Current, unrestricted Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
