Job summary

Avante at Inverness Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide and direct SLP services to residents, including assessment, treatment planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication under physicians' orders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for S.L.P.
• Current state licensure or license eligible.
• 0-3 years of long term care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct SLP services to residents.
• Assess residents with speech and swallowing disorders.
• Plan and implement treatment programs.
• Document daily care per guidelines and communicate results.

Education and Experience:
