CommuniCare Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN opening at South Pointe Healthcare Center. Our in-house team members provide impactful therapy to residents across facilities and locations.

The role requires a degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a current or pending license. Responsibilities include chart reviews, developing treatment plans, and leading interdisciplinary meetings with families and the rehab team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid or pending state SLP license required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, review, and screen residents' medical charts and evaluations under physician order to develop a treatment plan.
• Plan, direct, or conduct rehabilitative treatment programs to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive function; administer, score, and interpret speech tests.
